WHAT IS EACH1 TEACH1 SOCIAL CARE LEADERSHIP ACADEMY

Each1 Teach1 Social Care Leadership Academy is a scheme run by Coproduce Care in partnership with Manor Community to provide resources, training and mentoring to leaders or aspiring leaders in social care. The scheme is designed specifically to support micro or SME social care organisations. 


We are passionate about sharing knowledge, expertise and fostering peer-to-peer learning to drive progress and innovation in care.

What does each1teach1 mean?

The term ‘each one, teach one’ is a well known African proverb. It is often used in the Caribbean community as a way of appreciating and valuing individual knowledge and expertise and sharing that amongst our peers. The concept recognises that sharing of knowledge not only helps individuals but it also helps their communities and their network. Cascading our knowledge through group mentoring and networks has a real flourishing effect.
