EACH1 TEACH1 Social Care Leadership Academy offers a comprehensive suite of support solutions. The academy is designed to help social care leaders such as manager, deputies, team leaders and company directors, to grow and develop their organisations. We aim to help care managers with the tools and information necessary to progress their careers through skills, knowledge and peer to peer mentoring.
This will be delivered through a three month CPD accredited training and mentoring programmes, a document and resource library, signposting, coaching, conferences, networking events and more.
WHAT IS EACH1 TEACH1 SOCIAL CARE LEADERSHIP ACADEMY
Each1 Teach1 Social Care Leadership Academy is a scheme run by Coproduce Care in partnership with Manor Community to provide resources, training and mentoring to leaders or aspiring leaders in social care. The scheme is designed specifically to support micro or SME social care organisations.
