Workforce Training and Mentoring Programme: Recruitment, Retention and Employment Law
This training and mentoring programme is focused on supporting the professional development and growth of the social care workforce. The programme will be provided in three sessions over three months. Session 1 in month one, comprises a three hour session, focusing on social care recruitment. Session 2 in month two, comprises of a three hour session on retention. Session 3 in month three focuses on employment law in care.

Quality & Inspection: CQC Evidencing, Being Well-Led, Quality Improvement Tools
This training and mentoring programme is focused on creating and evidencing good quality care. The aim of the course is to give social care leaders wanting to progress their careers or manage their care service, a set of tools and information on best practices of evidencing their care to the regulator CQC, local authorities, people who use care services and their network. The course will be provided in three sessions over three months. Session 1 is a three hour session focusing on developing an evidence base of their quality of care. Session 2 is a three hour session focusing on tools, advice and good practice in being well-led. Session 3 is a three hour session focusing on quality improvement tools.
